September is a season for change.
Fall arrives and a new rhythm is awaiting. Growth requires change. Slowing down from the pace of summer is an opportunity to tune up and into your body. This month we celebrate our third year in this amazing community!
SEPTEMBER 2025
FALL SCHEDULE IS HERE - BOOK NOW!

Not getting what you once were from your favourite activity? Consider this: When you move in new ways that take brain power it stimulates new neurological pathways to form, and reclaims parts of your muscles that haven’t been used in a while. Learning these new and challenging movements also releases signalling molecules called myokines. These are the messengers that help your body reduce inflammation, help regulate mood, increase your immune response, and metabolism. These are the benefits you receive every time you come to classes or sessions!

Limited quantities available. One year expiry. Non transferrable. Contact to purchase.
QUALITY OVER QUANTITY.

After what felt like a lifetime of teaching classes and training clients in other spaces, making this intimate studio home has been one of the most fulfilling choices in my professional career. My experience as a practitioner has taken me to many places and spaces. My growth in this community has been challenging and rewarding. Whenever I doubted my value, I would remind myself how unique my lens is on movement. How educating others on how they move can inform pain management and strength training. Regardless of how many people walked through the studio doors or their what level of experience was, each session became an opportunity to support others with the specific challenges within their bodies rather than teaching a general set of exercises. The willingness to show up, be vulnerable, and create a consistent practice creates desired outcomes.
My greatest reward over the past three years has been to experience the many moments of growth with each of you. The ability to laugh ourselves in moments we are trying our hardest requires us to be vulnerable - and when the whole room erupts in laughter as they also sharing that experience allows connection. These connections created in this little space have enhanced the quality of every class and session. Community is the core of STT, and I am grateful to each of you for being a part of it.

“Hard truths about motivation:
- Nobody feels it all the time.
- Action creates it.
- Rest restores it.
- It thrives in community.
- Ritual and routine help.
- It's normal for it to come and go.
- When it's there, ride the waves.
- When it's not, don't freak out-just get started.
- Joy is more effective than fear.
- Talking about the work may spark it, but doing the work sustains it.
- Nothing is more important than showing up”
- Brad Stulberg
Studio is closed August 22 to September 1 and Sept 27
With appreciation for three years and many more,

Restore Movement. Build Strength. Become Resilient.
