The shorter days are upon us. Feeling the cooler water and winds on our skin, this is the time of year where we settle into our traditions. The practices that reconnect us to ourselves and each other. Whether you are looking for a new class, a good book, or some fresh ideas to nourish, we've got some offerings to help you integrate into this new season.

PROGRESS COMES FROM PRACTICE

The Fall schedule booked quickly but there is still space! Take advantage of the waitlist or send an email requesting the class times and days you are available for. Need some personalized training before getting back to class? Look at the online schedule to book a one off training session!
Fall schedule runs until December 19. Winter schedule will be released at the end of November.

A COMMUNITY NON FICTION BOOK SWAP!Got a nonfiction book collecting dust? Trade it in for something new-to-you! Just bring a book you’ve already enjoyed (memoir, self-help, science, business, whatever you’re into) and pick up someone else’s favourite. Bring it wrapped with a few words describing the book and enjoy a fun way to share some wine, tea and recommended reads! |
